Christmas Light Installation in Florence, AZ

Christmas Light Installation For Florence Homes
Florence is two towns in one, and lighting them is two different jobs.
There is Anthem at Merrill Ranch on one side: newer master planned housing, a large Sun City active adult section, HOA governed, built from 2006 onward. And there is the historic townsite on the other, laid out in 1866, with adobe and fired brick buildings dating back to the 1870s and a National Register historic district covering more than twenty five of them. A contractor who treats those the same is going to damage something.
We supply the lights. You never buy, store or untangle a strand. Every install covers professional installation, takedown at the end of the season, and storage of your lights until the following year.
Florence is one of the communities we cover. See our main Christmas light installation page for how the service works, or commercial Christmas light installation if you run a business.
Florence Communities We Serve
We install across Florence, including Anthem at Merrill Ranch, Sun City Anthem at Merrill Ranch, Anthem Parkside, Magma Ranch, Crestfield Manor and the historic Florence townsite.
Sun City Anthem is a large 55 plus community, and it is exactly the kind of place where a professional install earns its money. Nobody at that stage of life needs to be on a roof in December.
Historic Adobe Needs A Different Approach
If your home is in the historic district, standard clips and staples are not appropriate. Adobe and 140 year old fired brick do not take fasteners the way a 2015 stucco build does, and the wrong attachment method leaves permanent damage on a property that cannot be replaced. We use non invasive attachment on historic masonry.
Florence also has an active Historic District Advisory Commission that reviews changes within the district. Its published remit covers permit requiring work and permanent signage rather than seasonal decorations, so temporary holiday lighting is not something we would expect to need approval. If your property is on the National Register, though, it is worth a call to the town before anyone attaches anything permanent.
On the Merrill Ranch side, where HOAs are the norm, different rules apply. Arizona state law does not protect holiday displays, so your association guidelines on install timing, takedown and night time shutoff are what govern. We work within them.
The Night They Light Main Street
Florence Hometown Holiday runs on a Friday evening in early December, and it is one of the better traditions in Pinal County. The tree lights in front of the 1891 courthouse, then the whole of historic Main Street is lit, then a holiday light parade comes through.
There is also the Junior Parada over Thanksgiving weekend, the oldest junior rodeo in the United States, running since 1932. For most Florence families that weekend is when the holidays start. It is a sensible booking deadline to work back from.
GloRun also installs permanent outdoor lighting for year round exterior colour and curb appeal.
