Christmas Light Installation in Maricopa, AZ

Christmas Light Installation For Maricopa Homes

Maricopa is our closest market outside Casa Grande. It is a straight run west on the Maricopa Casa Grande Highway, about twenty minutes, with no metro traffic in the way. That matters more than it sounds. Short routes mean tighter scheduling windows and easier callbacks if a bulb goes out in the middle of December.

One clarification, because it trips people up constantly. The City of Maricopa is in Pinal County. It is not Maricopa County.

We supply the lights. You never buy, store or untangle a strand. Every install covers professional installation, takedown at the end of the season, and storage of your lights until the following year.

Maricopa Communities We Serve

We install across Maricopa, including Rancho El Dorado, The Villages at Rancho El Dorado, The Lakes at Rancho El Dorado, Homestead, Tortosa, Glennwilde Groves, Maricopa Meadows, Senita, Alterra, Cobblestone Farms, Acacia Crossings, Desert Passage and Province.

Province is a gated 55 plus community, and it is one of the places where hiring the install out makes the most sense. Nobody should be on a ladder in December if they would rather not be.

Maricopa Building Rules Work In Your Favour

Maricopa is unusual in that the city publishes residential design guidelines detailed enough to plan an install around.

Roofs here are tile by default. The city approved materials list is flat tile, slate, barrel tile, cool roof tile and standing seam, in muted earth tones. Roof pitches sit in a low to moderate range, and the city requires neighbouring homes to alternate pitch and roofline so the street does not look repetitive.

In plain terms: the roofs are walkable, the tile is predictable, and no two houses in a row are the same. We clip to tile properly rather than damaging it, and we design each home individually because the city has effectively guaranteed your roofline is different from your neighbour.

Worth knowing too: the Maricopa outdoor lighting code specifically exempts temporary holiday decoration lights, with no permit required. The city is not the obstacle here. Your HOA still might be, though, and HOA coverage in Maricopa is close to total. Arizona state law does not protect holiday displays, so your association rules are what govern. We work within yours.

Merry Copa And The Local Season

The official Maricopa holiday event is Merry Copa at Copper Sky Regional Park in early December, with the city tree lighting, food trucks and shops.

It is the point in the calendar when most of the neighbourhood decides it is time to get lights up. Booking before then is the difference between being lit for the season and being lit for the back half of it.

GloRun also installs permanent outdoor lighting for homes and businesses in Maricopa, one installed system that covers the holidays and everyday curb appeal year round.
