Christmas Light Installation in Marana, AZ

Christmas Light Installation For Marana Homes
Marana is the outlier in our service area, and it is worth being straight about why.
It is in Pima County, in the Tucson metro rather than the Phoenix side, about an hour south of our Casa Grande base down I-10. It is also the most affluent market we serve, with larger homes, bigger lots and a strong preference for displays that look designed rather than assembled. We serve it deliberately, not incidentally.
We supply the lights. You never buy, store or untangle a strand. Every install covers professional installation, takedown at the end of the season, and storage of your lights until the following year.
Marana is one of the communities we cover. See our main Christmas light installation page for how the service works, or commercial Christmas light installation if you run a business.
Marana Communities We Serve
We install throughout Marana, including Dove Mountain, The Highlands at Dove Mountain, The Preserve at Dove Mountain, Canyon Pass, Continental Ranch, Continental Reserve, Gladden Farms, Saguaro Bloom, Mandarina, Monarch, San Lucas and Tortolita Vistas.
Dove Mountain in particular is a different install from a production subdivision: larger homes, longer rooflines, mature desert landscaping and lot sizes that let a display actually breathe.
Tile Roofs, And Why S Tile Versus Flat Tile Matters
Marana is tile country. Concrete and clay tile dominate across Dove Mountain, Continental Ranch and Gladden Farms, and the split between S tile and flat tile genuinely matters, because the clip that holds one will not hold the other properly.
Older parts of original Marana keep flat and low slope roofs with rubberised coatings, which cannot be walked or fastened the way a tiled pitch can. Getting this right is the difference between a display that survives the season and cracked tile you find in March.
Marana also sits in a region that takes its night sky seriously. Pima County, Tucson and Marana itself all maintain outdoor lighting codes, largely because of the observatories nearby, and the Marana code references seasonal decorations and sets an eleven o clock curfew on unshielded lighting. We are not going to tell you the town fines people for Christmas lights, because there is no evidence it does. What we will say is that we design with it in mind. Timers are standard on our installs rather than an upsell, warm white is our default, and we can talk you through the trade offs. For a definitive answer on the code as it applies to your property, Marana Development Services is the right call to make.
The Town Sets A Serious Standard
The Marana Holiday Festival and Tree Lighting is held at the municipal complex on the first Saturday in December, and the centrepiece is a forty five foot tree carrying around a hundred thousand RGB lights synchronised to music, with another hundred thousand in the surrounding landscape trees.
Marana residents have watched a professional grade synchronised show every December for years. They know the difference between that and a string of warm whites along a gutter. If you want a display with real design behind it, this is a town where that lands.
GloRun also installs permanent outdoor lighting, one year round system covering holidays, everyday accent lighting and desert landscape features.
